1. LED light





This time, a total of batches of production and distribution units in our province (including batches produced by enterprises in the province and batches produced by enterprises outside the province) have been supervised and spot-checked for the quality of LED lights, and there are only qualified batches. For unqualified batches (all produced by enterprises outside the province), the detection rate of unqualified products is %. The main quality problem is that the power of the LED lamp is unqualified. Lamp power determines the power consumption of energy-saving lamps. The national standard stipulates that the power of the energy-saving lamp must be clearly indicated on the outer packaging of the energy-saving lamp, which is expressed in'watts' or'W'. Power represents the actual energy consumption of the product. The smaller the difference between the detected power value and the nominal value of the product, the higher the production accuracy of the product. Labeling energy-saving lamps that are actually low-power energy-saving lamps as high-power energy-saving lamps and increasing the sales price are suspected of deceiving consumers and failing to meet consumer demand. In this spot check, there was a batch of products that failed this item. The nominal SZ-W Suozheng LED bulb produced by Guangdong Fangda Suozheng Optoelectronics Lighting Co., Ltd., distributed by the Southeast Lighting Business Department of Wanbolin District, Taiyuan City, does not meet the standard requirements.

The main quality problem is that the internal and external wiring is unqualified. The unqualified product of this item is too thin due to the reduced ability to carry current. The wire will heat up during use, and the insulation performance of the wire will be greatly reduced after a long time. In severe cases, the wire will be scorched and a short circuit will cause a fire. Leave a safety hazard. In this spot check, there was a batch of products that failed this item. The A-type Qige brand LED ceiling lamp produced by Jiangmen Liangdu Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., which is distributed by Mingtai Lighting in Wanshui Decoration City, Taiyuan, does not meet the standard requirements for its internal and external wiring.





Three, energy-saving lamps





This time, a total of batches of energy-saving lamps produced by enterprises outside the province distributed on the Taiyuan market were supervised and spot-checked, mainly for interchangeability, electric shock protection, mechanical strength, heat resistance, fire resistance and Fire-proof, lamp power, luminous flux, luminous efficiency, color rendering index, color tolerance, harmonic current limit and other items were tested and all passed the test.
