In order to motivate employees to achieve high performance, we specially formulated a hundred-day performance PK.
Participants: PK for every salesman (30 people); PK for each sales department (6 teams); team and team PK, personal and PK individuals.
PK time setting:
Period of 3 months.PK contest award:-Weekly drumming the drum as celebration for the team with the highest sales performance
Sales personal performance: first prize of 1,000 RMB, (first to third place each 1,000 RMB) second place 800RMB, (fourth to sixth place) third place 500RMB, (seventh to tenth )
Sales team performance: first prize 5,000 RMB, second prize 3,000 RMB, third prize 1000 RMB
Result: The 100day performance PK recognizes three sales departments, and they have achieved impressive results. Especially, sales team 4 was led by the manager and won the departmental champion. Mr. Kejian Pang, Chairman of ALLTOP, personally presented the award;
Reward: After three months of personal and team PK, each sale force improvement and personal enthusiasm have been significantly improved. We are a sales-centric company, and all departments of the company serve for sales.
