No matter how high the appearance is, the heat dissipation is the core of LED

No matter how high the appearance is, the heat dissipation is the core of LED. The appearance of LED lamps is the appearance, the core of the lamps is the chip, and the soul of the lamps is the optics? The heat dissipation of LED lamps is the conscience that is easily overlooked. No matter how high the appearance, the core, and the noble of the soul, encountering poor heat dissipation means that the conscience is broken and the whole is overturned. It is an important point for a vote to veto. Therefore, it is not too important whether the heat dissipation system of the lamp is good! LED lamps are different from traditional lamps and generally have a very obvious sign: there is a heat sink on the back. It is not because the LED temperature is very high and requires heat dissipation. On the contrary, it is precisely because the LED is a cold light source and the chip is very 'heat-awareThe generation and direction of heat is called 'thermal management' in technical terms. The LED chip is the source of heat, and it is also the most afraid of high temperatures. We need to quickly transfer the heat it emits to the substrate, then to the radiator, and then to the outside world to ensure that the temperature of the chip will not be too high. The above whole process is a set of 'heat dissipation systemThe heat is radiated to the outside through the radiator. How to judge the pros and cons of heat dissipation? A model of reasonable heat dissipation design, made of delicate lamps, has a corresponding relationship between heat dissipation capacity and power. The volume and weight of the heat sink determine the heat storage capacity, so the heat sink is generally a big tuft. The area of u200bu200bthe heat sink determines the dissipating capacity after the radiation. In order to increase the area, it is generally made into various shapes such as pillars, nets, and sheets. The radiator occupies a large part of the cost of the lamp. In order to save costs, some factories that cut corners and cut corners use shoddy ones and small ones for large ones. So the question is: how do we judge whether a radiator of a lamp is doing well? Of course, the *direct method is to measure the temperature of the LED chip when the lamp is working. The technical term is called 'junction temperature'. No matter how he blows it, if the junction temperature is controlled within an acceptable range, it means doing a good job, otherwise it is cutting corners. However, the junction temperature is not so easy to measure. A series of professional equipment and methods are needed to accurately measure the junction temperature of the LED chip at the core position of the lamp. Sometimes, even if you use professional equipment, you can only see the appearance from the outside, and you can't make in-depth measurements. Our general designers and engineers obviously cannot measure the junction temperature when choosing lamps. *The method of soil is to touch it with your hands...then, the mold can be burned well? Shouldn't it be ironed? First of all, clarify: the temperature of LED lamps is not scientifically convincing to test the temperature of LED lamps by touching it. After all, different people have different sensitivity to temperature. However, when the test equipment is not on site, the temperature of the lamp can be roughly judged by touching it by hand, provided that the temperature of the lamp is lower than the temperature of the hand. It is not necessarily good if the radiator is not hot by hand. When the LED lamp works normally, a good radiator must have a lower temperature, but a lower temperature radiator may not be good. Then why a radiator with a low hand feel is not necessarily a good radiator? The main problem lies in the heat conduction link. When the heat generated by the heat source cannot be smoothly transferred to the heat sink, the heat accumulates near the heat source, and the heat is transferred to the heat sink by the high temperature difference, so the hand feel temperature is not high. Touching the radiator is very hot. It is definitely not good. If touching the radiator is very hot, the heat dissipation system must be bad. Either the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator is insufficient, and there is a possibility that the calf can pull the cart; or the effective heat dissipation area is not enough, so that the heat cannot be fast. The heat exchange between the lamp and the ambient air causes the lamp to dissipate heat at a high temperature difference with the air, which makes the hand feel very hot. Some radiators look very large, but in fact the 'effective heat dissipation area' is not enough. A set of heat dissipation system, part of which can fully contact the ambient air and the air can quickly and freely leave the area of u200bu200bthe heat sink, can be called 'effective heat dissipation area'. Other materials that cannot be fully contacted by air freely can only be regarded as heat capacity materials or heat radiation areas at best.
