Ningbo Beilun area only relied on 1 500 kV line and 1 220 kV line to connect to the Ningbo main grid. As a result, the Zhoushan Islands lost two 220-kilovolt cross-sea communication lines, and only one 110-kilovolt submarine cable connected to the mainland. After the disaster, the Zhejiang Electric Power Company quickly initiated an emergency response, established an emergency repair organization, established an on-site emergency repair headquarters, formulated and implemented power grid defense and disaster relief measures, and made “resistance, power, and livelihood protection” and “protection of users, The deployment of “protection lines and towers”, mobilization, anti-ice rescue.
