In this golden autumn season, we joyfully celebrate the topping-out. I sincerely thank leaders at all levels, partners, and all construction workers. ALLTOP has been rooted in Henglan for more than ten years, adhering to a technology-driven and quality-first approach. It has accumulated more than 150 patents, and its products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions. With an investment of RMB 370 million to build this intelligent manufacturing industrial park, the topping-out is both a milestone and a new starting point. We will strictly control safety, quality, and schedule, promote early completion, early production, and early results, take root in Henglan, serve Zhongshan, and face the world.

Town Leader Zhan Xiaoyun stated: The smooth topping-out of ALLTOP new base is another achievement in our town’s efforts to advance the construction of the ten-thousand-mu industrial park, accelerate the development of the Sansha Industrial Renovation Park, and adhere to the principle of “projects as the priority and implementation as the key.” The total investment of the project exceeds RMB 370 million, it covers more than 50 mu, and its estimated annual output value reaches RMB 600 million. Since its establishment in 2010, ALLTOP has been deeply engaged in solar lighting and photovoltaic energy storage. It has become a national high-tech enterprise and a provincial specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprise. Its products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions, making it an outstanding representative of our town’s lighting and energy storage industries.

Topping-out is a phased victory and the beginning of a new journey. The Henglan Town Party Committee and Government will, as always, act as good service providers, continuously optimize the business environment, fully support the project’s subsequent construction, and help the enterprise complete construction, start production, and achieve full production and results as soon as possible.

In recent years, under the strong leadership of the town Party committee and town government, our village has closely followed the “Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project,” broken new ground through industrial renovation, and strengthened the village through industry, advancing the upgrading and transformation of the industrial park. Next, all villagers will unite with one heart and one mind, provide full-process coordination, service, and support, and promote the project’s early completion, early production, and early results. We firmly believe that with the joint efforts of all parties, the ALLTOP factory building will surely become a new benchmark for Sansha Village’s industrial upgrading and a new engine for high-quality development.

Looking to the future, he proposed that the company should remain low-key, focused, and expansive, avoid unnecessary distractions, deeply cultivate good products and new products, focus on two major tracks—engineering streetlights and energy storage new energy—and main markets such as Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, continuously pay attention to emerging demand regions, and continuously improve technical strength and EPC delivery capabilities. At the same time, it should comprehensively advance upgrades in hardware, the new park and new production lines, and intelligent and digital management, build three core teams in R&D, foreign trade sales, and management, and value high-end R&D talent. The park is planned to include a development center, an intelligent warehousing and logistics center, a comprehensive office building, and supporting facilities.
