U.S. improved OLED technology has more advantages than ordinary LED

The United States has improved OLED technology and has more advantages than ordinary LEDs. OLED refers to the technology that organic materials emit light under the action of an electric field. It has the advantages of active light emission, no backlight, bright colors, and low power consumption. Researchers believe that after effectively improving the luminous efficiency of OLEDs and reducing manufacturing costs, OLEDs are expected to replace LEDs currently widely used in many electronic products such as computers, televisions, and lighting equipment. Researchers from the University of Utah in the United States published a research report in the *new issue of the US 'Science' magazine, saying that the new OLED they developed uses a device called an organic spin valve. This device has a layered structure, the middle organic layer is equivalent to a semiconductor, and both sides are ferromagnetic metal electronic layers. The organic layer uses a polymer called 'deuterium-DOO-PPVThe whole device is extremely thin and can be installed inside the lamp tube. The researchers said that this technology can only work in a low temperature environment at present, and needs to be further improved to meet the requirements of working at room temperature. In addition, it is also desired to produce OLEDs that can produce white light. American researchers have recently developed a new type of 'spin polarized' OLED (organic light-emitting diode) technology. The improved organic light-emitting diode has more advantages than ordinary light-emitting diodes (LEDs).
