The review meeting was presided over by Zhao Huaiyong, director of the energy conservation department of the National Development and Reform Commission, and the review team leader was Bai Rongchun, deputy director of the former national energy expert advisory committee. The review team listened to the explanation of the report preparation unit on the background of the report preparation, data collection process, analysis methods and research conclusions, etc, the contents of the report were fully and carefully discussed and reviewed, and amendments were put forward. The review team suggested that the writing unit revise the report according to the comments of the review team to form a final draft and submit it to the environmental protection department of the National Development and Reform Commission.
