Understand the main factors affecting the service life of solar street lights as follows: First, the type of light source is different, and the service life will not be the same. The light source options generally include low-pressure sodium lamps, low-voltage induction lamps, LED lamps, etc. Nowadays, most of the light sources we use to install solar street lights are sodium lamps and LED lamps. The price of sodium lamps is relatively cheap, but the lifespan is relatively short; the service life of LED lamps can be as much as 50,000 hours, if only 10 hours a day , So it can be used for at least 10 years, but the price is always higher than other light sources, which is why many customers do not use LED light sources. 2. Starter: Different starting methods require different driving power lamps or ballasts, which have a relatively large impact on the light source, especially the LED light source, which is generally driven by a constant current source. Whether the constant current source is good or not and whether the setting parameter range is suitable for the light source is very important, mainly depending on the constant current accuracy, output parameter efficiency, protection circuit and other parameters. 3. Controller: The solar controller controls the multi-channel solar cell array to charge the battery and the battery to supply power to the solar inverter load. In the case of insufficient battery power, a controller with high accuracy and stable performance will play a key role.
