First, no charging, no display: Open the upper cover of the wind-solar hybrid street light controller and check whether the DC fuse of the wind-solar hybrid street light controller is fused. When a fuse is found, first check whether the positive and negative electrodes of the battery and solar panel are connected incorrectly, and then replace the DC fuse of the same specification after confirming that it is correct. Second, the charging voltage is too high: when the battery voltage is higher than 5% of the upper limit of the charging overvoltage protection voltage, there is still charging current measured by the clamp ammeter for solar panels or wind turbines. This fault may be charging wind and solar hybrid street lights The controller is damaged and needs to be replaced. Third, the wind-solar hybrid controller is flickering when the overload lamp is under load. It means that the output of this load exceeds 10% of the rated load, and you should check whether the load is overloaded. Fourth, the wind-solar hybrid street lamp controller suddenly shuts down the output during load work, and the overload lamp is always on. It means that the output of this load exceeds 20% of the rated load or a short circuit occurs, and the load condition should be checked. Fifth, the wind turbine does not rotate: In the case of good wind, other wind turbines are operating normally, when the wind turbine does not rotate or the speed is very slow, please observe whether the direction of the wind turbine's tail rudder is the same as the wind direction. Check whether the wind-solar hybrid street lamp controller shows overvoltage. If the direction is the same and the wind-solar hybrid street lamp controller has no overvoltage, try to disconnect the wind-solar hybrid street lamp controller from the battery. After the wind-solar hybrid street lamp controller stops working, connect the battery again. The generator still does not rotate or the speed is very slow. Try to disconnect the wind generator from the wind-solar hybrid street light controller. The wind generator rotates normally, indicating that the intelligent shutdown system of the wind-solar hybrid street light controller is damaged and needs to be replaced.
