Road lighting is an important part of urban public facilities. At present, most of the domestic intelligent street lamp control systems do not use networked monitoring and management. They can only perform simple switch control of lighting equipment on a regional basis. Most urban street lamps are switched on and off. It is still controlled by traditional transformers (distribution boxes) decentralized, unable to effectively monitor street lights, and lacks a flexible and changeable operating system. Therefore, there are a series of problems: such as complex systems and difficult to unified management; street lights covering a wide area and difficult to maintain; The switch control efficiency is low, and the electric energy is wasted seriously. Aiming at the current city’s insufficient level of intelligent control and management of street lights, the electronic design of a wireless street light monitoring system can achieve intelligent control of urban street lights and effectively save energy. The intelligent street lamp control system is mainly divided into three layers, namely, a street lamp management center with a human-computer interaction interface function, a street lamp monitoring sub-station that gathers street lamp node information and sends street lamp control commands, and a street lamp control terminal that collects street lamp node information. The technical means of combining GPRS communication and ZigBee wireless communication replaces the traditional wired transmission. Among them, the communication between the street lamp management center and the street lamp monitoring substation adopts GPRS technology, which has the characteristics of wide coverage and high transmission rate, and can realize remote remote operation; between the street lamp monitoring substation and the street lamp control terminal and the street lamp control terminal The communication uses ZigBee technology.
