Lamp installation

  (1) Lamps and lanterns, the light source is adopted according to the design requirements, all lamps and lanterns should have a product certificate, the wiring inside the lamp is strictly prohibited, and the lamp accessories are complete.

  (2) Check whether the lamp meets the requirements according to the installation place, check the wiring inside the lamp, the lamp installation must be firm, the location is correct, neat and beautiful, and the wiring is correct. For lamps above 3KG, magnesium hook bolts must be pre-installed, and the metal shell of lamps below 2.4M should be grounded.

  (3) After the installation is completed, the junction resistance of each branch of the remote measurement is qualified, before the power-on operation is allowed. After the phone call, you should carefully check whether the control of the lamp is flexible, prepare, and the switch corresponds to the control sequence of the lamp. If you find a problem, you must first cut off the power, and then find the cause to repair.

Grounding protection and safety measures

  (1) The grounding protection adopts the TT method. A closed yellow artificial grounding device is set around the indoor lighting box. The grounding electrode adopts 50*50*5L2500 hot-dip galvanized angle steel, and the connecting line adopts 40*4 hot-dip galvanized flat steel. The grounding electrode spacing is 5m, the buried ground is 0.8m, and the grounding resistance is not more than 10 ohms.

  (2) The grounding terminals of all lamps in the system are reliably connected to the PE busbar of the lighting box and grounded through the PE wire.

  (3) is anti-lightning over-voltage, and first-level surge protectors are installed in the outdoor lighting box.

  During the daily maintenance of courtyard lights, we often encounter courtyard lights failures which cause the courtyard lights to not work normally or affect the use effect and function. In the past few years, we have summarized several common faults, that is, the cable is burned, the measuring resistance of the instrument is large, or the insulation declines between phases or to the ground, but there is a certain resistance value.

  The other type is low resistance fault. The so-called low-resistance fault, that is, the wire is shorted or completely shorted to the ground, the current increases, and the power transmission trips. These two failures and their frequent occurrences pose a threat to the normal use of courtyard lights. Therefore, we must pay enough attention to find out the cause of the failure and the countermeasures to solve the failure.
