project profile of this project is located in the eastern ningbo new chengbei district, consists of four block 8 office buildings and commercial podium combination to form a comprehensive facilities, under the four land space is an organic whole, every two office buildings on the ground directly have Shared hall connection, four hall has its own features, style each has his strong point. 2 floors of the commercial podium by 'bamboo corridors' connect the four plots. And historic cities, made the only advantage of the characteristics of building the space, the building integration for group of modelling. Consideration and the future development is the continuity of adjacent plots, coexistence people car can be well versed in blocks of north and south main street, forming the skeleton of the city. On the lighting planning, was based on the financial centre of landmarks, and can be used as the guide direction of urban construction as the goal.
