Lumiotec will stop producing OLED lighting panels

Lumiotec's new panel series, P13 with high brightness ( 4600cd/m2, 145x 145mm total 230 lumens) , 30 lumens/watt efficiency, color temperature 5400 K, color rendering index ra90. The life span is 30,000 hours ( LT30 is 3,000 cd/m2). The P13 series includes four Lumiotec announced that it will stop producing its OLED lighting panels in March 31 to plan promising products and plan its future business. Lumiotec will continue to provide its panels ( Series P06, P09, P11 and P13 panels). Last month, Japan's V- Technology announced that it would acquire Lumiotec, which may be the reason behind Lumiotec's decision. Lumiotec began producing commercial OLED lighting panels in 2011, but the company has never achieved real mass production capacity. The company's current capacity is about 60 thousand pieces per year.
