The controller operates in quasi-resonant mode to provide good efficiency. Due to a novel control method, the device can tightly adjust the constant LED current from the primary. This eliminates the need for secondary feedback circuits, biases and Optocouplers. The device has a very small number of peripheral components and has built-in powerful safety protection functions to simplify the design. This device is specially designed for very compact and space-saving designs. The characteristics of NCL30288 include constant current control capability with primary feedback, current regulation accuracy, power factor correction capability with low harmonic distortion, and line voltage feedforward to enhance regulation accuracy. and has a wide Vcc operating range, with the function of locking and automatic recovery version, and has the ability of secondary diode short circuit protection, open circuit and short circuit LED protection, and- A wide temperature range of 40 to 125C with very low starting current (Typical value is 13A). Compared with other competitive products, NCL30288 has the advantage that it does not need photoelectric coupler or secondary control circuit, nor does it need to grade LED or trim production for accuracy. its specifications exceed the industry's requirements for lighting and support universal power applications (90-305 V) , Simplify the support for the LED direct voltage range, protect the LED driver from overheating under severe conditions, have flexibility in fault handling, and have strong fault handling capabilities. it has sound fault handling capability for common LED system faults and can support outdoor and high temperature environments. NCL30288 can be applied to integrated LED drive electronic products, such as LED bulb, LED power driver, LED light engine, LED lamp tube and LED system electronic control device and other terminal products. FL7740 is a constant voltage primary adjustment PWM controller for power factor correction.
