Recently, it was learned that LED lights will be included in FDA supervision. It is understood that after the implementation of this rule, LED lamp products may face a double level review. In addition to customs clearance, FDA may also be required to release them. However, this change only involves LED lights themselves, not commodities using LED lights (For example, lamps without led lights themselves). According to industry insiders, LED lights are included in the FDA's regulatory scope, and the requirements for the export logistics industry will be more stringent. It is necessary to find out the manufacturer when receiving the customer's goods, refuse to receive irregular products. At the same time, when providing customs clearance materials, it is necessary to provide the manufacturer information of LED lights together, including the manufacturer's name, address and contact number, so as not to cause customs clearance delay. It is reported that if you only use LED lights but do not have LED lights, please clearly mark them in the customs clearance materials. According to the insiders, this regulation has just been implemented, so it should not be too strict in the future.
