PrecisionParagon, an American manufacturer of energy-saving lamps, recently released a survey report on the current situation of the lighting industry. More than 5000 lighting industry professionals have been surveyed for this project. More than half of the respondents believe that the energy-saving lighting market has experienced moderate or significant growth in 2013, while only 20 of the respondents hold the same view in 2012. The lighting companies surveyed said that in the past few years (Mainly from 2010) Its performance has achieved different degrees of growth from 57 to 64. 63 of the lighting companies surveyed said that their operating income in 2013 reached or exceeded their expectations. Up to of the respondents expect the demand in the lighting industry to continue to grow in 2014. Although the sales of fluorescent lamps remained strong in 2013, respondents said they had used of LED lighting products in 2013. Dating back to 2011 to 2013, the annual growth of LED lighting products is about 8. In addition, respondents believe that by 2014, LED lighting will surpass fluorescent lamps for the first time and dominate the lighting market. Based on the above survey, LED lighting will continue to maintain a high demand in the future US market.
