However, among these 140 enterprises, none of them has an annual sales of more than 1 billion yuan, and only a few have more than 0. 5 billion yuan. It can be seen that the scale and standardization of China's LED industry are still constrained. The consequence of the low threshold is that the enterprises are mixed, and the disorderly development will inevitably lead to chaos in the industry. The non-standard industrial development is objectively caused by disorderly competition in the market, but at the same time it also needs the support and guidance of the invisible hand of national macro-control, because the rapid promotion of LED industry affects the employment of traditional lighting industry, the central and local policies conflict, and industry standards, testing and certification mechanisms fight each other, national standards, industry standards, local standards and corporate standards are not uniform, and even local protectionism, etc. It is not realistic for enterprises to mediate from them. In fact, if the LED industry wants to get large-scale promotion and healthy development, it must first establish a set of standards in line with national conditions, including national standards, technical standards, testing standards, certification standards, etc, this is the truth that there is no rule. Due to the lack of national standards recognized by the industry in the LED industry, the testing system has not yet been established, which not only results in a mix of good and bad enterprises in the LED industry, it also leads to the emergence of many unfair competition phenomena such as uneven quality of LED products, false and false advertising, etc. , resulting in disorderly competition in the current LED industry and intensified. Some enterprises reported that the parameters detected by the two test equipment were inconsistent because the two test equipment did not adopt the same standard, the result of inconsistent standards is that product quality and performance are different. The development of China's LED industry must rely on the guidance of national standards such as product standards and energy efficiency standards. The introduction and implementation of national standards and testing system is not only conducive to the improvement of LED product quality and service life, but also conducive to the expansion of market share of LED enterprises that focus on quality and brand, it is more conducive to the LED enterprises with technical strength and channel strength to become bigger and stronger and the technological upgrading of the LED industry. In fact, how to treat the standards and whether LED lighting has standards has always been a hot topic in the industry. According to the statistics of relevant departments, the LED standards centralized by the National Lighting Electrical Standardization Technical Committee have issued 11 national standards and 2 industry standards for LED; There are 6 LED national standards and 2 industry standards under development; It involves 25 national standards and 1 industry standard related to LED. However, further efforts are needed to make these standards play their due role.
