After the lens factory gets the light source, it analyzes its luminous form and makes it according to the customer's light intensity distribution requirements. The key parameter is the luminous angle. Obviously, for spotlights, small angles are generally selected, however, the projection lamp and the light box must choose a large angle. In addition to the luminous angle, the design also needs to consider parameters such as brightness, light spot illuminance, uniformity, etc. In addition, there are certain requirements for material yellowing and temperature resistance. The diversification of lighting factory plans leads to the diversification of lens products, so it is naturally difficult for lens manufacturers to reduce the cost of lenses that are not produced on a large scale. The deeper reason also lies in the disorderly competition caused by the lack of standards in the entire LED industry in China. For low-end lighting factories, as long as the price is low, a series of problems such as black spots, deformation, yellowing and even light distribution deviation that will occur after half a year are not problems. In addition to the above, the lens factory also has high requirements for hardware capabilities. Generally, large factories use imported injection molding machines. The good ones are Japanese and German equipment, and Taiwan equipment again. Generally, domestic equipment is not considered. Moreover, optical injection molding machines must be used, but the general specifications of this kind of injection molding machines are relatively small, and the production capacity will be much lower for ordinary injection molding machines used for mobile phone shell production.
