The notification regulation requires only the energy efficiency index to reach 0. More than 2 directional LED lamps and directional fluorescent lamps can enter the EU market, which directly leads to a production cost increase of more than 20, bringing a total loss of more than 2 billion yuan to Guangdong LED enterprises. The Guangdong provincial quality supervision bureau WTO/TBT Center revealed that it has conducted research and evaluation on TBT notifications related to LED lamps in many European and American countries, and proposed countermeasures.
