A few days ago, the author visited Haicheng's major lighting and building materials markets and learned that many businesses still have their understanding of LED products in terms of product prices, appearance and packaging, however, I don't know anything about the quality, technology and service life of LED products. The author visited the lighting City and learned that most businesses have sold LED lighting lamps as their main products. However, the prices of LED lamps of different brands vary greatly. Take 9-watt LED spotlights as an example, the prices range from 20 yuan to more than 200 yuan. In terms of service life, many merchants claim that the life of LED bulbs can reach 20 thousand to 30 thousand hours, and the family service life is 8 to 10 years. However, the author noticed that in fact, the shelf life of most LED lamps is only 2 years. During the visit, the author asked several staff who sold LED lights, but they introduced the opposite. Generally, the lights emitted by better LED are very bright and penetrating. A salesperson introduced to the author, generally a good LED, etc. must be more than 50 yuan. However, another staff member told the author that although good LED lighting is very bright, its advantage is that it is very energy-saving and also has a protective effect on people's eyesight, compared with conventional lighting lamps, the softer the LED lighting, the more expensive it is. From this point of view, some of the staff who sell LED lighting have different opinions on their products and do not know much about them. According to industry insiders, LED currently has no national standards, and all enterprises produce according to their own standards. The supervision of LED by the quality supervision bureau is only based on the conventional application index, and there is no basis to judge which is better or worse, but the energy-saving effect of LED is obvious. If it is used as a decorative lamp, LED saves 60 to 80 energy than energy-saving lamps and 40 to 50 energy in lighting occasions. See if there is a product trademark and certification mark, 3C certification, CE certification, etc. , and see if the rated voltage, voltage range, color temperature, precautions, safety instructions, applicable environment, etc. of the product are clearly marked; Due to the special technology in the production process of LED lamps, the cost is relatively high. Generally, the price of domestic LED lamps is above 40 or 50 yuan, while that of imported LED lamps is higher; Carefully observe the color change of the lamp. After the LED lamp is lit, the heat dissipation of the product can be detected by contacting the surface temperature of the product. If the temperature of the product surface continues to rise within one hour instead of being stable for 30 minutes, do not choose this product, because poor heat dissipation will shorten the life of the product.
