The 'Code' proposes to stipulate that it is strictly forbidden to use powerful searchlights and high-power floodlights in landscape lighting, and to make strict regulations on interference light from buildings such as residences, apartments, and hospital wards.　　 In addition, if residents' homes are troubled by light pollution such as street lights or advertising neon lights, they can call the management department to report.　　The illuminance needs to become weaker after the time.　　'Code' requires that the landscape lighting design should fully consider the surrounding environment of the landscape. The landscape lighting facilities around the residence shall not affect the normal rest of the residents, and the brightness of the lamps facing the rooms shall be controlled.　　 When setting up landscape lighting around motor vehicle roads, no LED lamps directed toward the driver’s line of sight shall be installed.　　 The 'Code' also specifies specific values u200bu200bfor the maximum vertical illuminance on the windows of buildings such as residential rooms and hospital wards, and the maximum luminous intensity of the luminous body directly seen from the room. The limit on the street side of the residential area is slightly looser than that on the non-street side. With time as the limit, the standard of illuminance and light intensity before time is about three to five times higher than that after time.
