However, the trading company asked dozens of LED lighting companies, but few manufacturers can mass produce LED filament lamps. At present, there are a few companies with large production of LED filament lamps, such as yuanlei, smaide, Baishi optoelectronics and jujiaxin. However, many large-scale LED lighting enterprises are not involved in this product. The main reason for the hot concept and low output of LED filament lamps is the immature technology. Chen Qiusheng, general manager of Shenzhen jujiaxin Optoelectronics, told reporters that the current packaging form of LED filament lamps in the market is formal, and this one is easier to melt at high temperatures, resulting in light decay. Although there are also enterprises in the industry trying to use flip-chip structure to package filament lamps, the cost of this packaging method is too high, which is more than higher than that of LED bulb lamps, so many companies are not willing to produce. However, to the reporter's surprise, enterprises with a certain scale similar to yuanlei's LED filament lamp mass production have all become the targets of mergers and acquisitions of large enterprises. Even smade, although the LED filament lamp technology is still immature, but it has also become the target of acquisition. In this regard, the general manager of the above-mentioned trading company said frankly that LED lighting is just needed and everyone needs it, while LED filament lamp is a product that simply conforms to the consumption habits of the general public. Investors take a fancy to this product, it is also a huge alternative market.
