However, another dealer complained about another well-known traditional brand in Guangdong. The manufacturer required the agent to have a large inventory, invest a lot of money, have too many kinds of products, and invest too much in advertising. As a result, the products that sell well are out of stock. the inventory of products that are not easy to sell is piled up, and the price of competitors is falling rapidly. Many stocks are facing the possibility of becoming waste products. As a result, both manufacturers and agents have a financial shortage. There is no doubt that traditional lighting must be transformed into LED lighting. However, in the process of transformation, lighting manufacturers will face many mines and traps, and they may become martyrs if they go too fast or too slow. How to transform? What is the method? In my opinion, traditional lighting manufacturers must straighten out their mentality and make full preparations for ideological, strategic and comprehensive transformation. LED lighting is different from traditional lighting in that it consists of upper, middle and lower reaches, while most enterprises can only start from middle and lower reaches. Therefore, the LED lighting era is actually an era of cooperation, an era of combination. Another major feature of LED lighting is the rapid development of technology. Therefore, traditional lighting manufacturers must have the ability to learn and innovate quickly to adapt to the rapid development of technology. The transformation of traditional enterprises LED lighting is actually a battle. Dangers and opportunities exist at the same time. Traditional lighting enterprises can only reach the other side of success if they have the determination to open roads and build bridges in case of water.
