LD7209: PWM dimming LED drive
LD7209 is a LED drive, this series of components can drive 3 ~ 8 WLED backlit, with 38 v open circuit voltage protection, can be used in li-ion battery power supply of the small screen size backlight LED and other portable products, such as mobile phone, PDA, GPS, laptop, digital photo frame.
LD7209 using high frequency PWM switching frequency of 1 MHZ is designed, which can effectively reduce the external inductance and the volume of capacitor, and use the PWM input ( 200 hz ~ 200 khz) Adjust the LED brightness, the LED current is proportional to the PWM duty ratio.
besides flexible control brightness, LD7209 integration with reliable protection feature at the same time; Built-in soft activation can eliminate the surge current during activation, and has LED open circuit protection, current overload limit and overheating protection. And in cutting mode, consumes only 0. 1 ma, reduce battery consumption.
LD7209 efficiency up to 90% above, internal provide 0. Reference voltage 3 v, the LED current limit, to achieve the highest efficiency, and can extend battery life.
LD7209 provide mini encapsulation ( DFN——3毫米×3毫米 8) 。
