The so-called difference between large factories and small workshops is the difference in the choice of led lighting materials. The choice of led lighting materials will directly affect the quality of led lamps. First of all, chips are an important part of LED lamp materials. The characteristic of LED chips is to generate extremely high heat in a very small volume, while the heat capacity of LED itself is very small, so the heat must be conducted out at a fast speed, otherwise, a high junction temperature will be generated. If some chips with poor quality are used, the heat of the LED lamp itself will accumulate and cannot dissipate heat. The heat dissipation is not good, and the life of the LED lamp is certainly not long. Therefore, the chip must be selected, just like the Huadu brand, using the chips of Taiwan wafer and the American Puri, in this way, the heat dissipation of the LED lamp itself will be faster. In addition to chips, the heat dissipation housing of LED lamps also needs to be considered. At present, the heat dissipation shell is mainly divided into plastic shell and aluminum alloy shell, of which aluminum alloy heat dissipation shell has better effect, but its price is relatively high. At present, many manufacturers will replace some copper-aluminum shell radiators with fake and fake ones and shoddy ones, which makes it difficult for LED lamps to dissipate heat and shorten their service life. Because the threshold for producing led lamps is relatively low, some manufacturers with relatively low technical content will consider the price as an element in the selection of led lighting materials, thus reducing the cost. but at the same time, the quality has also deteriorated. Good lights need good materials, but it also depends on your own choice. Some people want high grades, but there are always some people who want to go low.
