The system summarizes the information of each node through the host computer software, realizes the intelligent control of the street lights, achieves the purpose of energy saving, and is very convenient for the management and post-maintenance of the street lights.

The intelligent street light control system uses a two-layer network of ZigBee and GPRS wireless network. The ZigBee routing node is installed on the street lamp pole, and plays the role of controlling the energy saving of the street lamp and sending information for other nodes. The street lamp controller communication in each subnet of the system adopts the ZigBee protocol, no communication cost is required. The subnet controller adopts GPRS data transmission terminal, and the ZigBee protocol is used to communicate with the street lamp controller in the subnet, and the system center communicates through GPRS. The ZigBee network coordinator is responsible for establishing the network and managing the network, forming a ZigBee substation, and the remote control center is connected to the ZigBee subnet through the GPRS network.
