In the led lamps of 'China Building Materials Network', the heat dissipation is directly related to the quality and service life of the products. However, due to the hype of some merchants and the misleading of so-called experts, there have been some misunderstandings. See if you have been misled? 1. Superstitious heat-conducting materials, because what high-tech materials can be used to dissipate heat. In fact, ordinary aluminum is used to dissipate heat. After many tests, the temperature of the heat sink is only 3-higher than the bottom of the radiator-5 degrees Celsius. In other words, if a material with excellent heat conduction can be used, the temperature can be reduced by 3-3 when the thermal resistance is zero-5 degrees Celsius. 2. Superstition heat pipe heat pipe has good thermal conductivity, which is beyond doubt. However, the heat derived from the heat sink needs to be carried away by air convection. If there are no fins for heat dissipation, the heat pipe will soon reach heat balance and the temperature will rise together with the heat sink. If the heat sink is added to the heat pipe, the fin is used to dissipate heat. Moreover, the contact point between the fin and the heat pipe is not as good as other methods. The result is that the cost is high and the heat dissipation effect is not improved. However, it is still useful for heat pipes to conduct heat on integrated led, but the structure should be reasonable! 3. Superstitious nano-radiation materials, the proportion of radiation heat dissipation in the current lamp temperature of about 50 degrees Celsius can be ignored. However, even if the radiation coating advertised by the manufacturer has a good radiation effect as they advertised, even if it reaches the radiation capability of blackbody radiation, its heat dissipation ratio is only a few. How this meaning is still to be considered! Moreover, the coating itself will hinder the export of heat, thus affecting the heat dissipation of convection.
