Four standards for LED lighting industry1

The four standards released this time will fill the standard gaps in China's related product fields and standardize and guide the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises. LED is short for light emitting diode. Compared with incandescent lamps and energy-saving lamps, LED lamps have the advantages of more energy saving, longer service life and less pollution, which represent the development direction of lighting products in the future. China is a major producer of LED lighting, with about 90% of its output, and its products are widely sold to the international market. In recent years, LED lighting equipment has been widely used in roads, schools, shopping malls and hotels in many cities in China. National Electric Light source quality supervision and inspection center (Beijing) This year, the proposal document for LED lamp specification classification has been submitted to the lighting products Technical Committee of the International Electrotechnical Commission, which has been generally recognized by members of various countries. This will greatly improve China's participation and initiative in the formulation of international LED standards and play its due role in the formulation of international standards for related products.
