First domestic LED street lamp local standards implementation guide the industry wide attention

Due to energy saving, durable, safety, environmental protection, and many other excellent quality, LED products is increasingly attracting the attention of the government, experts and market, and attracted more and more companies among the product market. Recently held in dongguan city, guangdong province, the photovoltaic industry development on the BBS, participants effect on July 1, the domestic LED Light emitting diode) Industry in the first place standard 'standard of guangdong LED street lamp place' has carried on the comprehensive discussion. LED industry association chairman of guangdong province xu-liang li believes that with the development of the market and technology as well as standard is more and more perfect, the domestic LED industry barriers to entry will be more and more high, not only need to enterprises have big money, but also to solve all kinds of technical problems, those without technical strength and market positioning of enterprises will be eliminated.

it is understood, LED by guangdong frequently on the photoelectric co. , LTD. , a joint of tsinghua university, association of guangdong province, dongguan city quality supervision and testing measurement, lighting and other 35 enterprises and units in June last year of formulating the guangdong local standard LED street lamp, LED industry of pearl river delta made clear in the application of the package and specification, but not involving the guide of the LED chip. The standard implementation of a month, has a positive influence in the industry.

xu-liang li believes that the guangdong LED street lamp local standards in China was still in the stage of trial and exploration. Compared with the developed countries abroad, the domestic LED industry at present basically is in the middle and lower reaches of field of the industrial chain, namely LED encapsulation, application field, to the industrial chain upstream LED chip technology, and mainly from the United States, Japan and other developed countries and regions. At present, the LED lighting enterprise in guangdong province accounted for about 40% of the total number of similar enterprises across the country, increasing the scale of industry. However, the rapid development of the industry also brought some new challenges because there is no industry standard for a long time, lead to the products on the market the good and bad are intermingled, good and evil people mixed up, part of the manufacturer price dumping, vicious competition, service, etc, the LED industry development speed and quality be badly affected. In this case, LED by industry leading companies, where a unified industry standard, high starting point, high demand to guide the LED industry encapsulation benign development, application fields, not only can avoid the legacy of the pearl river delta of LED industry, but also can make the enterprise development guided help enterprises improve technology content and product quality, prompt companies to mass production, enhance consumer confidence, into the real ascension enterprise market competitiveness, promote the healthy development of the domestic LED industry. As the domestic LED chip technology and the market matures, in after reaching a certain degree of development, guangdong to regulate and guide the industry chain upstream areas.

xu-liang li the this view of the pearl river delta LED production enterprises and relevant government departments and national authoritative technical institutions.

'with the industry standard, we later in the process of production won't touch stone across the river, only consciously abide by, and constantly improve the level of product innovation, improve the production quality and level. 'Said, head of a LED production enterprises in shenzhen city.

guangdong province pledges inspect bureau standard office responsible person also said that although the 'standard of guangdong province LED street lamp place' is a compulsory standards, do not have mandatory binding, but pledges inspect bureau at all levels in the audit business in the future of LED street lamp standard, will refer to the standard, to play a good specification and guidance role.

'' standard of LED street light place in guangdong province', although will be uncompetitive LED the current situation of the enterprises may encounter to be eliminated, but also will promote the guangdong LED industry to advance into the standardization, during commissioning period of the guide by the disorder, the top state of the industry, into an orderly, standard to enter the market. 'National lighting appliances, said an official with the standardization technical committee as the increasing influence of the standards, to further standardize the pearl river delta LED industry market, and the demonstration and guidance significance to the national LED industry development. Xu-liang li further stressed that at present, the pearl river delta LED enterprise is faced with the challenge of international financial storm and so on, are also facing development opportunities, such as national increase infrastructure investment back. In this case, the pearl river delta LED enterprise in increasing production level, standardize the market behavior, on the basis of should strengthen exchanges and cooperation, intensify the building of r&d personnel and research and development project innovation, by deepening way of production, study and research cooperation, introduce and cultivate a number of highly qualified scientific and technological personnel, create the first-class research and development and design platform, in the LED packaging, application field and chip research and development in areas such as increasing investment, enhance brand awareness, cultivating superior enterprises, which further increases the pearl river delta region, the voice and influence of the LED industry to the global market.
