Current situation and development analysis of LED lamp standards

LED lamp standard is an organic component of LED lighting standard system. At the same time, due to the maturity of LED lamp development and application, on the basis of existing product standards, international and domestic research results on the safety and performance characteristics of LED lamps will be reflected in relevant safety standards and performance standards. First, the current situation of China's lighting standards 1. Safety standards, lamps and lanterns safety standards are composed of IEC standards and standards independently formulated by our country. The national standard 'reliability test methods for LED lamps' is in the process of drafting. Table 3 has issued the lamp test method standards, two, the development of China's national standards (I)GB7000. 1- 2007 The lamps 1st part: General requirements and test of is revised GB7000. 1- 2007 is being revised, technical differences include IEC60598- 1: 2008 revision and IEC60598- The revision of 1:2013, which involves LED lamps, is as follows: 1. Requirements for blue light hazard, lamps using light sources that do not exempt retinal blue light hazard assessment from safety standards, it shall be evaluated according to IEC/TR62778 'application of IEC62471 standard in evaluating blue light hazards of light sources and lamps. LED light sources with blue light hazard category greater than RG2 should not be used. There are more heavy management requirements for this type of light source. Under the same conditions, lamps with light sources with RG0 unlimited or RG1 unlimited level evaluated according to IEC/TR62778, or lamps with complete assembly and use that have been evaluated as RG0 unlimited or RG1 unlimited level, requirements for hazard of not using retinal blue light. For lamps with threshold illuminance Ethr evaluated in accordance with IEC/TR62778, the following requirements shall be used :- For fixed lamps, additional evaluation shall be carried out according to IEC/tr62778. if it is larger than RG1, the distance Xm reaching Ethr shall be found.
