At 9:00 a.m. on 3 September 2025, the Commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War was grandly held in Tian’anmen Square, Beijing. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, President of the People’s Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, attended the ceremony and delivered an important address, after which he reviewed the troops. On this solemn historical occasion, the whole of society deeply cherishes the memory of the martyrs and together carries forward the great spirit of the War of Resistance.
