At present, Yashu Universal has the ability to customize the optimization module design according to the design structure and material characteristics of different products of customers. It can complete the assembly work of automatic material taking, intubation, lamp holder, spot welding, locking screw, etc. at high speed and stably. Currently, it is designed to assemble 2/4/of all-plastic or glass lamps. Hourly capacity (UPH) Can range from 400 to 1000, and the system is easy to install and maintain. Only two people are needed to operate the automatic production of the equipment. At present, there are various special structural designs and non-welded Lamp caps, and patents are being applied.
