2. The development stage of street light control system
Street lamp control system is mainly composed of two parts: lamps and control system. The control method of street lights is constantly developing and evolving, mainly in the following stages of development:
'The first stage': manual control
That is, the most primitive method of switching on/off the power supply manually.
'Second Phase': Clock Control
Through the clock module, the lights are switched on and off regularly, and the lights are on in time intervals. However, the lighting strategy is inconvenient to modify and has poor flexibility.
'The third stage': photosensitive control
The light sensor is used to sense the change of light to switch the light. This method can be operated automatically, but the stability is not enough due to the influence of objective conditions.
'Phase 4': Area Control
The system adopts GPRS communication technology, which can be remotely controlled to each transformer area and single line. Combining clock control and latitude and longitude control, it can manually or automatically realize regional control according to environmental changes and lighting needs of special events.
'The Fifth Stage': Single lamp control
On the basis of area control, using ZigBee, GPRS and other wireless Internet of Things technologies, it can sense the electrical parameters of any street light, and can switch, dim, and query any street light.
