Electronics will introduce you in detail the installation process of the embedded parts of the smart light pole

1. Subgrade excavation

Contact the department of each pipeline, grasp the approximate distribution information, understand the detailed subdivision of the underground pipeline through the excavation of the trench, require orderly excavation, and construct temporary drainage ditches in rainy weather. The excavation should be accompanied by measurement Guidance, do not over-dig or under-dig.

2. Measurement and positioning

According to the control points approved by the supervision engineer, add control points on site, use a total station to measure the position of the foundation according to the polar coordinate method, and measure the ground elevation with a level. After the foundation positioning, it was verified that it was correct, and additional protective piles were added to guide the construction.

3. Foundation soil excavation

Use an excavator to excavate the approximate depth, length, and width of the foundation pit, and then manually trim the edge to the design height according to the size of the smart light pole icon. If there is over-excavation, do not use spoiled soil to backfill on site. Graded gravel or sand should be used to backfill to the design value.

4. Application for inspection of foundation pit

According to the requirements of the supervision procedures, the basic excavation data of the concealed project will be filled in. For the specific inspection content, please refer to the relevant standards for the acceptance of smart light poles.

5. Installation of steel bars and embedded parts

Reinforcing steel bars shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of the smart light pole specifications: frame size, spacing, verticality, protective layer settings, embedded parts location and reinforcement, etc., strictly implement the acceptance specifications.

6. Template installation

The formwork is made of wood formwork or combined steel formwork, and the geometric size shall not be less than the design value. The reinforcement must meet the requirements of rigidity and stability to ensure that the formwork does not run out or expand when pouring concrete.

7. Concrete pouring

The concrete pouring should be done symmetrically and layer by layer, the thickness of each layer should be controlled within 25-30cm, and the construction should be carried out by inserting vibrators. Master the initial setting time of concrete, ensure the quality of concrete layer connection, realize that the middle hanging form is poured without mud and the concrete can be heightened.

The mold can be removed only when the concrete strength reaches 2.5MPa. When sprinkling water, apply fine water to evenly water, or use polyester film for moisture and heat preservation for 7 days.

8. Basic backfill

It can only be carried out when the foundation concrete reaches 75% or more of the design strength. To ensure that the basic finished product is not damaged, strive for symmetrical and layered backfill, and use impact ramming to compact.
