Where is the main battlefield of competition? The development of LED industry is a gradual process, and it is impossible to have an outbreak at a certain point in time. At present, there are two changes in China's LED lighting market: One is that outdoor lighting turns to indoor lighting, and the other is that traditional lighting turns to LED lighting. For the Chinese market, LED lighting products cannot be applied in ordinary families at present, mainly in the commercial field. In addition, our attention should be paid to sub-sectors, such as automobile lighting, agricultural greenhouse lighting and medical lighting. In recent years, from the central to the local, the development of LED has not diminished. Heat has both advantages and disadvantages. So many people pay attention to the LED lighting industry. It is not a bad thing but a good thing. However, as employees in the LED industry, their minds should be calm, their consideration of problems should be rational, blindness should be reduced, and scientificity and rationality should be increased. For shopping malls, it is also mainly used in public parts, because shopping malls have high lighting requirements, involving a series of factors such as color temperature and color rendering. 2. What category will become the main battlefield of competition? In the field of LED lighting applications, LED outdoor lighting, such as LED street lamps, is more difficult to promote because of its high power and harsh outdoor working environment, which is not suitable for large-scale promotion at present. Indoor products have low power, the environment is not as bad as outdoor, and the temperature changes little, so the initial application of LED lighting should focus on indoor lighting. At present, there are many kinds of LED Indoor lighting products, mainly bulb lamps, reflective lamps, downlights, fluorescent tube lamps, flat lamps, etc. The Japanese market is mainly dominated by bulb-type lamps, while the European and American markets are mainly dominated by reflective lamps. In addition, LED has a strong sense of direction when emitting light, so downlight is also one of the focuses of current application. The above three types of LED lamps are worth encouraging and are suitable for the current domestic market and application environment. For fluorescent tube LED lamps, the development is not very encouraged at present, because there are still problems with safety. If you want to use flat panel lights, the whole lamp will have to be replaced, and the cost will be relatively high, but flat panel lights may be one of the future application directions. 3. What is the effect of industrial chain competition? At present, LED competition is becoming increasingly cruel. In this regard, I think that enterprises in the LED era should abandon the competitive mentality of being alone and entertaining themselves in the traditional lighting era, however, the selection and positioning of enterprises should be considered in the mode of competition in the whole industrial chain, so that enterprises can reduce the risks of operation and will not be ruthlessly eliminated in the big waves. There are two points that need attention. First, the whole industrial chain, from upstream chips to midstream packaging and downstream applications, as well as supply chains such as drivers, heat dissipation and optics, jointly compete for costs around market share. The reason is that it is difficult for a single enterprise to control the cost changes in the system.
