Summary of new LED lighting policies of the state and provinces in 2018
November 2017 a National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R & D and Industry Alliance and other units host 14th session, China International Semiconductor Lighting Forum and 2017 International Third Generation Semiconductor Forum as scheduled held, attracting nearly a thousand industry institutions, government officials and entrepreneurs to participate, focusing on the development of the semiconductor technology industry.
Experts call for China's semiconductor lighting to speed up the cultivation of industrial innovation November 2017, the 17th China International Semiconductor Lighting Forum and 14th International Third generation semiconductor forum hosted by National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Research and Development and Industry Alliance and other units were held as scheduled, attracting nearly 2017 industry institutions, government officials and entrepreneurs to participate, focus on the development of semiconductor technology industry.
Experts have called for China's semiconductor lighting to accelerate the cultivation of industrial innovation and competitiveness, and accelerate the leap from big to strong.
However, the leap-forward development of China's LED lighting industry cannot be achieved without the support and guidance of national policies.
Since 1990s, LED lighting has entered the lighting field and has become one of the green and energy-saving lighting methods advocated by the industry and even the country.
In 2006, the State Council issued the Outline of the National Medium-and long-term science and technology development plan, proposing that semiconductor lighting products with high efficiency, energy saving and long life are included in the medium-and long-term planning key areas (Energy)Priority theme (Industrial energy saving);
On January 2008, the Ministry of Finance issued the Interim Measures for the administration of financial subsidy funds for the promotion of high-efficiency lighting products (Caijian No. 1027)
, Proposed to ensure the realization of the 11th Five-Year Plan period through financial subsidies to promote efficient lighting products 1.
0. 5 billion, which can save 29 billion kWh of electricity and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 29 million tons.
In recent years, under the stimulation of policies, the application rate of LED lighting in China has been continuously improved, however, the current situation, which is still relatively low compared with developed countries, has also prompted the country to continuously introduce new policies, plans and standards to drive China's LED industry to continue to maintain rapid development.
In July 2017, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments jointly issued the '13th five-year development plan for semiconductor lighting industry', proposing that by 2020, China's key technologies for semiconductor lighting will continue to break through and the quality of products will continue to improve, the product structure has been continuously optimized, the industrial scale has been steadily expanded, and the industrial concentration has gradually increased, forming more than one LED lighting enterprise with sales exceeding 10 billion yuan, and cultivating 1 ~ 2 international famous brands, about 10 domestic famous brands, etc.

In addition to the policy assistance at the national level, since 2015, various provinces, cities and regions have also begun to give strong support to the development of LED lighting industry, and have issued relevant 13th Five-Year Plans for the development of LED lighting industry, in order to drive the local LED lighting industry to develop in the direction of green, energy saving and environmental protection.
