Don't show the frequency converter screen failure analysis: there is no DC input, liquid crystal display by the DC inverter power supply. The possible reasons: ( 1) Cell voltage was not enough. The inverter working voltage is 100 v to 500 v. When the voltage is lower than 100 v, inverter does not work. Module voltage is related to the solar irradiance. ( 2) Photovoltaic (pv) input reverse connection. Photovoltaic (pv) terminal has the positive and negative and the positive and negative should correspond to each other, can't and other series set reverse connection. ( 3) DC switch is not closed. ( 4) When components in series, a joint connection is not correct. ( 5) A component short circuit, causing the other string failure. After solution is used, use file measuring instrument voltage inverter DC input voltage. When the voltage is normal, the total voltage is the sum of all element voltage. If there is no voltage, in turn, check the DC switch, terminal blocks, cable connector and parts is normal. If there are multiple components, you may need to separate access to the test. Inverter is not connected to the power grid, the screen shows the main power supply fault phenomenon: not connected inverter is not connected to the grid, screen display power supply is not connected. Failure analysis: not connected inverter and power grid possible reasons: ( 1) Ac switch is not closed. ( 2) The inverter ac output not connected. ( 3) When wiring, inverter output terminals on the loose. Solution with a multimeter measuring voltage inverter ac output voltage. Under normal circumstances, the output voltage should be 220 v or 380 v. If not, check whether the connection terminal is loose, the ac switch is closed, the leakage protection switch is on. 3. Screen highlights volts, fault analysis, high DC voltage alarm possible reason: too many components in series, lead to voltage over voltage of inverter. Solution due to the temperature characteristic element, the lower the temperature, the higher the voltage. Single-phase series inverter input voltage range is 100 - Series 500 v, it is suggested that after the voltage is 350 - Series 400 v, three-phase inverter input voltage range is 250 - Series 800 v, it is suggested that after the voltage is 600 - 650 v. 。 In this voltage range, inverter has high efficiency, even in low light in the morning and evening can generate electricity, but the voltage does not exceed the inverter voltage limit, resulting in alarm and shutdown. 4. Screen display photovoltaic insulating low impedance fault analysis: photovoltaic system grounding insulation resistance is less than 2 ohms.
