Chinese state-owned enterprises have contributed about 1/3 of the country's economic added value. However, among the 1,500 enterprises listed on China's two major stock exchanges, only about 50 may be real private enterprises. State-owned enterprises have received strong support from the government, but their profitability still cannot catch up with private enterprises. Private enterprises are much more important than state-owned enterprises in terms of providing jobs, taxes and output. Private enterprises provide about 2/3 of urban jobs, of net new jobs and of fixed asset investment. Article conclusion: State-owned enterprises have dragged down the Chinese economy. We will not talk about the neutrality or bias of the above views for the time being. But it is obvious that there must be some factors dragging the economy in China. So, what are the factors dragging the economy in the LED lighting industry? First of all, it may be the lag of LED standard. At present, China has promulgated 111 standards for LED lighting at all levels, including 36 national standards for LED, and 8 national standards for LED that have been approved and are being drafted, A total of 20 LED national standards are proposed. There are 56 LED industry standards issued and 19 LED local standards issued. However, colleagues in the deep LED industry still obviously feel that the standard lags behind the development of products, which is mainly due to the development of LED technology, the rapid upgrading of products is related to factors such as the development and transformation of LED lighting from the initial substitution to the manufacture of products that conform to the characteristics of LED itself. On the whole, many international standardization organizations have formulated various standards, reflecting the situation of paying full attention to standardization, but some of them have repeated and contradictory problems, in particular, some applications are affected by traditional industries and the shackles of standard technology and the Existence of Technical blind spots, resulting in unscientific standards. In addition, the non-standard industry standards are also likely to cause uneven product quality. With the improvement of people's awareness of safety and environmental protection, especially the strengthening of ecological civilization construction, the society has put forward higher requirements for safety and environmental protection. As an LED that is almost synonymous with environmental protection and energy conservation, how to make people feel safe and environmentally friendly has also become an important indicator of product competition. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably plan the content and process of China's LED standardization work, formulate national LED standards suitable for China's national conditions, and make the standardization work closely linked with the market so that LED standards will not hold back the industry, let the product quality not drag the industry. After talking about LED standards, let's talk about innovation. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council recently issued the National New Urbanization Plan (2014-2020)'(Hereinafter referred to as 'planning'). As a macro, strategic and basic plan to guide the healthy development of urbanization in the country in the coming period, the plan will have a positive effect on many industries including LED industry. After technological progress and industrial upgrading are accelerated and costs are greatly reduced, the application scope of LED products is continuously increasing and the market scale is expanding day by day. 3 ~ Within 5 years, the compound growth rate of LED lighting demand scale will reach 30 ~ 40. Demand launch and policy promotion, LED industry driving force changes from backlight application to lighting application, 2013 ~ In 2016, the penetration rate of LED lighting increased from more than 10 to about 50. In the face of such a good prospect, the company is fully committed to expanding production and grasping orders. However, at present, the problem of insufficient innovation ability in the industry also exists in many enterprises. If the market competitiveness and anti-risk ability of such enterprises are not strong, it is inevitable that they will be ruined in the competition in the LED lighting market. At present, the lack of innovation ability of enterprises is reflected in three aspects: insufficient investment in research and development, weak technological innovation ability, low achievement conversion rate, and weak original innovation and integrated innovation ability, the scientific and technological strength in the leading high-tech field is weak, the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries is slow, and products rely on imports. Third, the efficient allocation of innovative resources and the ability of comprehensive integration are weak. It seems that under the bright market prospects, enterprises really have to work hard on innovation.
