The State Council's action plan for energy conservation, emission reduction and low-carbon development from 2014 to 2015 explicitly requires the implementation of projects to promote clear flow standards, and has formulated a series of important standards, including ordinary illumination, halogen tungsten lamps and clear effect set values, and the value of energy conservation evaluation is proposed in this context. If the standard is implemented, the energy-saving effect of the products produced by the enterprise will be significantly improved. On World Standards Day, the National Standards Committee, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other departments jointly issued 33 national standards, of which, the 'limited value of energy efficiency and energy saving evaluation value of halogen tungsten lamps for general lighting', which is closely related to people's health, safety and environmental protection, and the two standards of 'evaluation of human electromagnetic radiation by lighting equipment' have attracted much attention. The chief engineer of the National Lighting Electrical Standardization Technical Committee, Cha Yuedan, said, the 'energy efficiency limit and energy efficiency evaluation value of halogen tungsten lamps for general lighting' released this time is one of the important achievements of 100 energy efficiency standards promotion projects. In order to save lighting electricity, China began to implement the road map for the elimination of incandescent lamps in October 1, 2012. Through the implementation of the five-year road map, incandescent lamps over 15W were gradually eliminated from the Chinese market. If the energy-saving halogen tungsten lamp is used to replace 50 incandescent lamps, the country can save 0. 4 billion degrees of electricity and the energy-saving effect is obvious. However, the promulgation of the national standard 'evaluation of lighting equipment on human electromagnetic radiation' not only provides a reference for enterprises to judge whether products meet the safety requirements, but also provides a reference for the public to correctly understand lighting equipment. Cha Yuedan told reporters that the State Council's action plan for energy conservation and emission reduction and low carbon development from 2014 to 2015 clearly requires the implementation of a hundred projects to promote clear standards, and has formulated a series of important standards, namely, ordinary illumination, halogen tungsten lamp, bright effect setting value and energy saving evaluation value are put forward under this background. If the standard is implemented, the energy-saving effect of the products produced by the enterprise will be significantly improved. However, in the process of implementing the standard, incandescent lamp manufacturers will encounter great challenges and must carry out technological transformation. Lighting equipment can be seen everywhere in people's lives, how to evaluate the impact of electromagnetic radiation generated by such equipment on human body is a common concern of public and enterprise. In 2012, the media reported that the large amount of radiation of energy-saving lamps caused a great reversal, which also triggered the research and discussion of the industry on the topic of radiation of lighting products. It is in this context that, this standard has been formulated. The significance of implementing this standard is to facilitate enterprises to evaluate and judge whether the products meet the requirements of electromagnetic radiation, and to help the public understand and correctly judge the electromagnetic radiation generated by lighting equipment. The standard clearly analyzes the measurement method and the measured compatibility values. The implementation of this standard not only provides enterprises with safety and quality tools for evaluating lighting appliances and electromagnetic radiation, but also provides reference for lighting equipment that the public correctly understands. This shows that the pace of eliminating incandescent lamps in China is increasing, which will benefit the LED lighting industry. Compared with energy-saving lamps, LED lamps have no radiation, and compared with halogen tungsten lamps, LED lamps have a broader application environment, because halogen tungsten lamps cannot be used in some dusty, flammable, explosive and corrosive environments.
