The professional market of lamps and lanterns is a unique distribution mode of lighting products in our country, and it is also an important sales channel of lighting products. A large number of lamp dealers and brands are concentrated in a special fixed-point sales platform, forming a never-ending lamp trade fair. Therefore, the investigation and research on the professional market of lamps and lanterns is helpful to grasp the pulse of the circulation field of lamps and lanterns in our country, and then provide reasonable suggestions to promote the healthy development of the industry. In 2015, the author conducted a survey on the major lamp markets that have been opened nationwide. this survey visited nearly 80 lamp markets in more than 30 cities in seven major regions of North China, Northeast China, Central China, Southwest China, South China, Northwest China and East China. the total annual sales of the investigated lamps market exceeds 50 billion yuan, and its radiation scope covers the whole country. In general, the overall operation of the domestic lighting market is relatively stable. The vacancy rate of most of the lighting markets surveyed is relatively low, and the monthly rent of shops is relatively stable, but the business and popularity are not as good as in previous years. Mainly due to the slowdown of macro-economic growth in recent years, the adjustment of the real economy, the regulation of the real estate market, and the reduction of government projects, all directly or indirectly affect the domestic market of our lighting products; In the export market, the economic downturn has led to a shrinking demand, and the appreciation of the renminbi has led to a decrease in foreign profits. Both the internal and external markets are said to be in a severe situation. This survey also reflects this trend. The overall sales volume of most of the investigated lamp markets in 2014 is flat or even declining compared with previous years. the market situation of lamps with radiation capability in a few key areas is relatively good. Relatively speaking, the original old lamp market has a relatively superior geographical position, stable popularity and customers, more mature operation and management, and relatively perfect supporting facilities, but most of them have encountered upward bottlenecks and are under great development pressure. The new lantern city is more reasonable in planning, larger in scale and has development potential, but lacks popularity. At the same time, it faces a fierce competitive environment and is under great pressure to survive. The above is the overall situation, but due to China's vast territory and significant differences in economic and social development among regions, the development of the lamp market is also different. 1. In the northeast region, the hub city of the lighting market in this region is Shenyang, which occupies the main road leading to the northeast region in other regions. it has relatively large-scale lamps market such as Zhangshi lighting city in Northeast China Lighting City, Shilihe lighting City in Shenyang, Xingshun lighting City, New North lighting City, Beizhan lighting city and so on, and has relatively strong radiation ability. it can radiate neighboring provinces such as Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia. Relatively speaking, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Inner Mongolia respectively have relatively good trade environment to Russia, to the DPRK and to Mongolia. However, most of the low-end lamps and lanterns in operation are wholesale markets, lacking some specialized lamps and lanterns stores. it is difficult to meet the changes in consumer demand and business environment. Compared with provinces such as North China and southeast coastal areas, the economic and social development level in Northeast China is relatively lagging behind, with low birth rate and outflow of talents, resulting in a cold real estate market and a lack of groups with strong purchasing power in the overall lamp market. This is also an important factor that restricts the development of the local lighting professional market to a higher level. 2. North China, the hub city of the lighting market in this region is Beijing, which has a number of lighting markets with a certain size, such as Beijing Shilihe lighting City, Gaoli International Lighting port, Wanlong Huiyang lighting city, and unexpectedly Jingwu lighting City. There is no need to mention Beijing's special location advantage and primary political status. As an international metropolis with a population of 21 million, Beijing market itself has strong consumption ability and level. The originally powerful radiation capability will be further strengthened with the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The lighting market in Tianjin is relatively scattered, and there is a lack of large-scale lighting professional market. The old Southern Light City, which was popular before, was demolished a few years ago, and some merchants moved to the underground floor of Red Star Macalline. The other light cities are each partial to one, and there is nothing to say. There are many regional lighting markets in Hebei and Shanxi. It is worth mentioning that several lighting markets in Shijiazhuang, such as North China Lighting City and Pearl Lighting City, have good popularity in the province. 3. In the northwest region, the hub city of the lighting market in this region is Xi'an, which is the central city of the Northwest region and has strong radiation capability to the surrounding areas. The local lighting market mainly includes Guangcai lighting city, Guangdong and Hong Kong Taiwan Lighting City, Daming Palace hardware and electrical lighting city, and Oriental Meiju building materials lighting market. It is characterized by scattered distribution and small scale. With the advancement of the integration of the West and the salt, the urbanization process has accelerated, and these original lighting markets have begun to encounter development bottlenecks such as outdated supporting facilities, limited scale, and inconvenient logistics. From a macro perspective, China's large business entities are also experiencing a trend of development from the city center to the urban area and from the urban area to the suburbs. The transformation or relocation of the old market is a must. The China National lamp Capital, the Northwest direct sales base of China's lamp capital in Xixian New District, is under construction in this context. Lanzhou is also a major town in the northwest. It is a bridgehead linked to the central and western regions and has a certain radiation capacity for the surrounding areas of the province. At present, it has markets such as Times lighting City, Longma lighting City, Yantan Far East International Lighting City and Lanxin lighting city, and the characteristics of local regional lighting market are obvious. 1 2
