The appearance of the China Pavilion at the Milan World Expo is similar to that of the wheat wave. It absorbs the traditional Chinese Xieshan elements and fits the theme of agriculture and food at the World Expo. The roof of the building is made of bamboo tile materials with Chinese characteristics.
The whole China pavilion is divided into five exhibition areas: sequence, sky, ground, people, and the looking back field in the exhibition area consists of 20 thousand artificial wheat ears with LED illuminants at the top, it constitutes a huge three-dimensional dynamic field picture with strong visual impact.
The six-month Milan World Expo officially opened on May 1, and the China Pavilion was officially opened to the public on the same day.
