What impact will typhoon weather have on outdoor solar street lights?

The incidence of typhoons on the south coast of my country is relatively high, so when installing outdoor solar street lights on both sides of urban roads, special attention should be paid to solar street lights with high windproof and waterproof levels.

We often see that some trees are broken or even overturned by the typhoon after the typhoon, which seriously affects people's personal safety and traffic. Similarly, the LED street lights and solar street lights installed on both sides of the road are also at risk of being blown down and damaged by typhoons, and the damaged street lights will cause more direct and fatal damage to people or vehicles. Therefore, how to use solar street lights and LED street lights to resist typhoons has become an important issue.

For outdoor solar street lights, resisting typhoons should start from three aspects:

1. The foundation should be buried deeper and installed with a buried cage to strengthen the connection between the street light and the ground to prevent the street light from being pulled up or blown down by strong winds.

2. Avoid cutting corners and thickening the pole material. In order to save the material of the light poles, the possible risk is that the light poles are broken halfway, because when the light poles are made too thin and the height of the light poles is high, they are easy to break. Solar lamp posts should be able to withstand at least 12 typhoons, and most of the north should be able to withstand 10 strong winds.

3. It is very important to strengthen the solar panel bracket, because the solar panel may be blown off directly because of no force, so the solar street light must be made of high hardness material. Then the prevention of LED street lights only needs to do the first two steps of the first three steps.
