LED products export test unqualified easy to ignore the reason!

There has been a blowout in the export of LED lighting products, but the safety and quality still need to be strengthened. The author is a staff member of a certain Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. This paper analyzes typical cases of unqualified products of LED light sources and LED lamps, and gives rectification opinions to improve the quality of export products. 1. Case analysis 1. 1 Case 1 a certain place accepts a batch of LED bulbs exported by an enterprise to the European Union. After sampling as required, the inspection organization shall follow 1EC62560- The 2011 version requires testing the product. After testing, it is found that there are two problems in this LED bulb: 1. Lack of standard marks; 2. Breakdown during withstand voltage test. 1. 1. 1 The requirements for marking are as follows: 1. Source mark; 2. Rated voltage or voltage range (Expressed in V or Volt); 3. Rated power; 4. Rated frequency, test time is 1 minute. The electrical strength test is a major test item that export LED bulbs must pass. Failure to pass the electrical strength test will cause short circuit of internal components of the product, resulting in the danger of electric shock and fire, posing a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property. During the test, the LED bulb flashover and breakdown. After dismantling, it was found that the creepage distance between the charged part inside the LED bulb and the metal heat dissipation shell was too small, and the convergent LED bulb could not withstand the electrical strength specified in the standard. 1. 2 Case 2 a certain place accepts a batch of LED lights exported by an enterprise to the European Union. After sampling according to the requirements, the inspection organization shall follow 1 EC60598-1- The 2008 version requires testing the product. It is found that the LED lamp has the following problems: 1. The Mark failed to pass the wiping experiment; 2. The electrical strength test failed; 3. There is no mark at the grounding and no yellow-green two-color grounding wire is used; 4. The wire diameter of power supply cord is less than the standard requirement. 1. 2. 1 logo is an important reference data for consumers to use appliances. In order to ensure the long-term readability of the logo, LED lamps must pass the durability test of the logo. The test method is as follows: wipe with water and gasoline for 15 seconds respectively, and the marks should not fall off, curl or be illegible. The sample did not use silk screen printing or adding protective film to protect the product mark, resulting in failure to pass the marked durability test. 1. 2. 2 Electrical strength test, to prevent surge impact, to protect the safety of consumers and appliances, appliances must pass the electrical strength test. The voltage of 1500V between the two poles of the sample and the grounding metal lasts for 1 minute and breakdown should not occur. After analysis, the reason for the unqualified electrical strength is that the isolation transformer used in the appliance cannot meet the standard requirements, and the isolation transformer has broken down at 1200 v v. 1. 2. 3 there should be grounding symbols at the grounding terminals, and special yellow-green two-color power supply wires should be used. The grounding wire should use yellow-green two-color wire and the yellow-green two-color wire can only be used for grounding. At the same time, the grounding part of the appliance can be clearly recognized by the marking of grounding symbols and installation and maintenance personnel to ensure good grounding performance of the appliance, protect consumers' electricity safety. 1. 2. 4 The sample mark shows that the waterproof and dustproof grade of this product is greater than lP20, which meets certain waterproof and dustproof requirements and is non-ordinary lamps. The working environment of non-ordinary lamps is relatively harsh, and the requirements for the mechanical strength of the power cord are relatively high. In order to ensure that the power cord will not be broken during the use of the product and the power requirements, the standard stipulates that the external cord of non-ordinary lamps requires a wire diameter of at least 1. 0mm square meters. The power cord of the sample sent is only 0. 75mm square, less than the standard requirements. 2. Summary and enterprise Response Plan 2. According to statistics, the unqualified items of export LED lighting products are mainly concentrated in the identification. The unqualified identification accounts for more than 50 of the total unqualified items, but the identification problem is also easy to solve. The main reason is that the enterprise fails to pay attention to the marking problem, or its own scientific research strength is not enough to understand the marked items required by the standard. Enterprises can strengthen their own attention, improve the factory inspection process, and ensure the integrity and durability of the marks, so as to solve the marking problems such as missing marks and insufficient durability. 2. 2 The unqualified rate of electrical strength accounts for more than 20 of the total unqualified items, and the unqualified electrical strength is caused by many reasons. It is mainly the use of unqualified electronic components or unreasonable structural design, creepage distance and electrical clearance are too small. Enterprises need to establish a complete incoming inspection system to ensure that the selected components meet the requirements of the standard; At the same time, improve the working ability of employees and take part in more training on safety regulations to ensure that the designed products can meet the requirements of creepage distance and electrical clearance. 2. 3 grounding measures and the causes of unqualified external cord projects are the same as the identification, which can increase the degree of attention, thus greatly reducing the probability of similar unqualified projects.
