According to the terms of the agreement, both parties will obtain the patent license of nitride LED chips from the other party and grant the other party some patent rights for non-nitride LED chips. During the term of the agreement, Cree will receive a licensing fee and a licensing fee from Jingdian. Cree's pioneering technology and its extensive patent portfolio bring remarkable performance to its LED devices and LED lighting products. Kerui is very pleased to sign the LED chip licensing agreement with Crystal. Other terms of the license agreement have not been disclosed. Technology transfer between the two parties was not included in the agreement.
