Cross-border enterprises such as Huawei and Haier home are also seeking new opportunities for cooperation. As a crucial link in human daily life, lighting can be said to determine the quality of life. As the old management structure no longer adapts to the development of the times and coincides with the industrial upgrading at the national level, intelligent lighting is the general trend. Intelligence not only refers to technology, but also enterprise management needs to be upgraded. Like typical labor-intensive industries, the domestic lighting industry benefits from cheap material costs and labor, and has seized a certain share in the world market. However, with the development of the economy, in addition to the urgent need for upgrading of industrial structure and technological development, the business model of enterprises must also be innovated.
